Burgeoning 19-year old Atlanta, GA artist Raury’s music – which Daily News aptly proclaims, “…kicks down the walls between hip-hop, folk and electronic-rock” – embodies innovation and experimentation with new heights and sounds, unlike anything currently on the airwaves. He cites Phil Collins, Kid Cudi, Bon Iver, Andre 3000 and Coldplay as some of his musical influences and aims to radically change the soundscape of music with the release of his major label debut, All We Need, due out on Columbia Records in October 2015. The auspicious 14-track effort is preceded by the lead single “Friends,” which features Tom Morello and also boasts famous guest spots from the likes of Big K.R.I.T., RZA, and Key! and production from Danger Mouse, Daytrip, DJ Khalil, Jacknife Lee, Daytrip and Raury himself.
