Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros release a vinyl edition of their 13-song debut album, ‘Up From Below’, on Rough Trade Records. On vinyl for the first time.

By turns rousing, anthemic, wildly adventurous and inspired, ‘Up From Below’ is quite a debut album. Drenched in an almost choral psychedelic folk rock, it was recorded onto used 2 track tape using a 24 track tape machine made in 1979.

By all accounts, fans have often become so overcome with emotion at the band’s live shows that tears of euphoric joy are not uncommon.
