Luke Howard is a contemporary classical composer and pianist who’s music features regularly on Spotify’s playlists, including Music for Concentration (609k), PEACE (545k) and Electronic Concentration (212k) and before signing to Mercury KX, he accumulated 15m Spotify streams. In the short period since signing, his catalogue has already accumulated over 2.2m streams and £25k in sync income. Mercury KX is releasing Luke’s 2013 album Sun, Cloud on vinyl, along with a 2 CD set including Night, Cloud – the remix album. This release will coincide with his November European tour and these albums have never been released physically outside Australia. Sun, Cloud and Night, Cloud combined have accumulated over 7.1m streams so far on Spotify alone. His uplifting track August (from Sun, Cloud) was recently featured on a high-profile video for Heathrow Airport.
