Debut from Charleston-based musician Justin Osborne’s band Susto (derived from a Latin American term roughly translated as “panic attack”). The 12-track offering was produced by Ian Fitchuck (Kacey Musgraves, Ruston Kelly) with input from Osborne’s longtime creative partner Wolfgang Zimmerman. “Ever Since I Lost My Mind is very personal,” Osborne explains of the new record. “This collection of songs came together over the course of a couple years, and they all represent different moments. It felt cathartic writing all of them, and they were also all fun in different ways.” Ever Since I Lost My Mind follows the band’s critically acclaimed 2017 album & I’m Fine Today.
